Farmer’s Market & Pretzels with Fleur De Sel

Here are a few of my farmer’s market finds from last week: a handful of multi-coloured radishes, in pink, purple, red and white. A bunch of organic carrots, coated in sand as if freshly pulled from the soil.

I have been recipe testing soft pretzels at home. This is a finished batch fresh from the oven, sprinkled with fleur de sel.
