A couple of quick colourful snapshots from the past weeks. This is my favourite season for the above reason. The fridge is just brimming with herbs right now. Everything is reduced with a bunch of rosemary, thyme, a handful of bay leaves. When finishing it off you have choices; chunks of basil or finely diced parsley, dill, cilantro, oregano, sage, lemon thyme. Garlic scapes, spring onions, sugar snap peas, rainbow swiss chard: the fridge is stacked full of fresh green produce.
