Cabbage and Ontario Radish Slaw, Smoked Pork Loin, New Zealand Lamb Rack Chops

I’ve had a solid week of writer’s block so I apologize for the lack of posts! If a picture is worth a thousand words, I hope these will make up for my silence.
Mixing Cole SlawLast week I caught this shot as I was mixing up a batch of cabbage and Ontario radish slaw. Thinly sliced red and white cabbage is tossed with slivers of peppery radish, dill, fresh garlic aioli, cumin seed, minced garlic, sea salt and cracked black pepper.
Smoked Pork LoinThis is a lovely smoked pork loin sliced and topped with roasted garlic and thyme.
Smoked Pork LoinLamb Rack ChopsI usually have to stop myself from taking too many pictures of lamb, but it always looks so beautiful!  These New Zealand rack chops were spiced, seared on super high heat and finish with fresh rosemary and thyme. Yum!
